1. Warranty Period
The Buyer may exercise rights arising from defective performance within 24 months of receipt of the goods, unless stated otherwise for a particular product. Normal wear and tear, improper use or storage contrary to instructions are not considered defects.
2. How to File a Claim
Submit your claim by post/in person to the registered office or by e-mail to info@dpframesled.com. Please include the order number, a description of the defect, your preferred remedy, and photo documentation if possible.
3. Acceptance & Handling
We will confirm receipt of your claim within 3 business days of delivery. Claims are handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from filing, unless a longer period is agreed.
4. Remedies
Depending on the nature of the defect, we will provide repair, replacement, a reasonable discount on the purchase price, or allow withdrawal from the contract.
5. Costs
If the claim is justified, we will reimburse reasonable costs of shipping the claimed goods to us; please attach receipts. If the claim is unjustified, we may request reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs.
6. Final Provisions
This Warranty & Returns Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and is effective from 9 September 2025.
