1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations between DPSales s.r.o. as the seller (the "Seller") and customers (the "Buyer") when purchasing goods in the online store at www.dpframesled.com (the "Store"). The Terms form an integral part of the purchase contract.

2. Goods and Prices

The Seller offers in particular wooden LED art frames. All product presentations in the Store are for information only and the Seller is not obliged to conclude a contract for such goods. Prices are shown including VAT and all taxes and fees and remain valid as long as they are displayed in the Store.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The Buyer places an order through the Store interface. Before submitting the order, the Buyer can check and correct the entered data. The purchase contract is concluded upon delivery of the order acceptance by the Seller to the Buyer's e-mail address.

4. Payment Terms

The purchase price can be paid exclusively by online card payment via a payment gateway. Goods are dispatched only after successful payment.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered by a contracted carrier to the address specified by the Buyer in the order. The usual delivery time is 5–10 business days, unless stated otherwise for a specific product. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer according to the current shipping price list published in the Store.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract (Consumers)

A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods pursuant to Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code. To withdraw, the Buyer may use the model form and send it to info@dpframesled.com or by post to the Seller’s registered office. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

7. Defective Performance (Claims)

Rights and obligations regarding defective performance are governed by the Czech Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. A claim can be made in writing to the Seller’s registered office or by e-mail to info@dpframesled.com. Details are set out in the Warranty & Returns Policy.

8. Personal Data

The Seller processes personal data in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). These Terms take effect on 9 September 2025.
